I would definitely recommend Angie Atwood without any hesitation. She made the stress of home buying, especially during a sellers market and in the middle of a pandemic, so much easier. She was always available for us with any questions or concerns we had and worked with us around our schedule. In addition, everyone we worked with, that worked with Angie, also complimented her to us. That also speaks volumes. If you are in need of a good realtor, look no further than Angie. Pam is great to work with and is very Responsive to the needs of her clients. She responds quickly when called and will return calls as soon as she can and is available. The process was relaxed and she answered all of our questions in a very easy to understand way and made us feel very comfortable. She marketed our house in many ways and it had alot of exposure. Signing papers via computer makes it easy for anyone to do it with very little effort, especially for those people who don't want to leave the house much. I and my husband were very happy with the whole process.

Claudia is a very professional and competent agent. She is a hard working, responsive, transparent, and well-connected agent who goes above and beyond for her clients. She had to work for us in a unique situation because my son purchased a home and I had to cosign the loan. The house purchase was in Riverside and I am located in the SF Bay Area. My son was a first time homebuyer, and Claudia went above and beyond to help him to understand everything about the home buying process. She even attended meetings with the Escrow agent to make sure that he understood the documents he had to sign. At the same time she was helping him through the process, Claudia kept me informed of the different disclosures and remedies to make sure that we purchased a home in good working order. I would definitely use Claudia again and highly recommend her for anyone looking for a new home.
